Delivery 

 

What are the delivery methods and prices? 

Your order will be delivered to you in person, Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Delivery is €10 for all orders in France and €15 in other countries, with no minimum purchase. Delivery is free from 300€ of purchase.

What are the shipping and delivery times? 

Delivery times are calculated in working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, 2-6 working days. Order preparation and delivery times may be extended during periods of high commercial activity. 

Delivery standard 

In order to offer you a fast and efficient service, we have favored reliable and practical transport solutions. Standard DHL delivery (delivery in mainland France within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch). 

Delivery areas

ICICLE provides delivery service to the following countries by DHL Express: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark,  ;Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania,  ;Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland. 

What should I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery? 

In the event of absence or impossibility of delivery of your parcel, a transit advice note will be left in the mailbox of the recipient indicating the procedure to be followed to schedule a second delivery. In the event of a second absence, DHL reserves the right to drop off your package at a DHL drop-off center or the nearest Mondial Relay point. You will have a period of one week to pick up your parcel at a Mondial Relay point or DHL drop-off center, you will then be asked for an identity document. This period of one week exceeded, your package will be automatically returned to us. 

What should I do if I don't receive my order? 

If you still have not received your package after 6 days and no delivery notice has been left for you, remember to check the status of your package using the DHL tracking number sent by email. You can also contact customer service by email at customerservice.eu@icicle.com. 

What should I do if my product is damaged or if I have not received the ordered product? 

In these cases, please contact the customer service of the ICICLE online store before returning the item so that they can give you instructions on the procedure to follow. To do this, it's very simple, just contact customer service by email at customerservice.eu@icicle.com 

 

 

Return and refund

 
How do I return a product and how long do I have? 

The customer has a period of thirty working days from the date of receipt of his order. For any return, the procedure below must be fully respected: 
 1. The Customer must go to his customer account, “My orders” section, click on the order in question then “Return request”. Finally, select the item(s) to return. No return can be accepted without the return request duly completed. 
2. The Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in perfect condition to: ICICLE – 35 Av. George V, 75008 Paris 
3. The risks and costs of return are the sole responsibility of the Customer. 

 

How much does it cost me to return a product? 

Each order that is shipped via DHL includes a prepaid label allowing you to make your return at no additional cost. If you no longer have the prepaid return label, please contact us at the following address: customerservice.eu@icicle.com 

 

By which means of payment am I reimbursed? 

Your refund will be made via the payment method used for the order. The Customer's bank account will be credited with said amount, within thirty (30) days of the return request, this period may be extended until receipt of the Products or proof of shipment thereof by ICICLE . 

 

Retour en boutique 

If you wish to return an item purchased in our Paris store, you can request a return by contacting us contacting at the following address : customerservice.eu@icicle.com  
It is not possible to return in store a product that was purchased on the site. 

 

Exchange 

If you wish to exchange an item, please first follow the return procedure for the reference concerned. Please order your new item at the same time as you wish.
