NATURAL WAY

A seasonal independent project, the Natural Way collection is a ‘think further’ capsule which proactively explores a more advanced harmony between fashion, environment, and human.

This season, ICICLE explores new ways to create responsible clothing in partnership with Food Textile by Toyoshima, a pioneering Japanese company specialist in the production of sustainable textiles and natural dyes. The collection introduces a series of monochromatic looks, dyed with irregularly shaped ingredients, scraps from cutting vegetables, used coffee grounds, and other organic products scheduled for disposal. An exclusive technology transforms them into natural dyes with infinite shades. Red cabbage, turnip, lettuce, coffee beans, and echinacea flower offer a rich and delicate palette of six pastel colours. By choosing Food Textile for its Natural Way collection, ICICLE adds to its summer wardrobe of structured and fluid silhouettes, an incomparable delicacy of tone and an uncompromising commitment so that the beauty of the clothes also works for the beauty of the Earth and pays homage to the bounty of nature.

ICICLE x THE SOCIAL FOOD

Available for a limited time only at Le Bon Marché, the Spring / Summer 2023 Natural Way collection introduces a series of monochromatic looks, dyed with irregularly shaped ingredients, scraps from cutting vegetables such as red cabbage, turnip, lettuce, from coffee grounds, and from other food products scheduled for disposal. Inspired by this collection, The Social Food gives their personal interpretation through the creation of unique and mindful recipes allowing to maximise the potential of fruits and vegetables.
