2024 CULTURAL SEASON
TWO CITIES & EIGHT ARTISTS
In 2024, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between France and China, the two ICICLE Cultural Spaces, one in Paris and the other in Shanghai, will invite eight French and Chinese artists for a series of exhibitions that offer a cross-cultural perspective between the two countries.
PARIS CULTURAL SPACE
Since 2019, the ICICLE Cultural Space, located in the heart of Paris, hosts an art gallery and a specialty bookstore decidated to culture, lifestyle, and Chinese literature. In keeping with ICICLE’s philosophy, it is designed as a place for cultural encounter and dialogue.
Through temporary exhibitions and cultural conferences, ICICLE supports artistic creation, and showcases the work of both Chinese and international contemporary artists. This cultural journey from East to West encourages communication and contemplation on the pursuit of oneness with nature.

SHANGHAI CULTURAL SPACE
The ICICLE Cultural Space from Shanghai opened its doors in 2016. Envisioned as a platform for both artists and intellectuals, it promotes cultural interaction and exploration around two pillars: visual arts within an exhibition space, and literature with a bookstore.
The diverse programme of the Cultural Space embodies the ambition for breaking down barriers and fostering insightful dialogue between Asian and Western cultures. It mirrors ICICLE’s committed vision, seamlessly intertwining aesthetic exploration with ethical thinking.
