Return policy

You can enjoy up to 14 working days after reception of your order to make a return request. Ship your return with the prepaid label sent with your parcel. The refund is made using the same method of payment as the one used to place the order. The reimbursement will be made upon verification of the returned items. This verification will be carried out within a maximum period of 7 days after the return is received. Once the return is accepted, the refund will be effective according to the usual bank processing times.
