The exhibition Beyond Sky and Earth, presented in collaboration with A2Z Gallery, brings together fourteen recent works,
more than half of them new and created especially for this project.
Each one offers a universal and vertiginous experience: the encounter between the intimate and the cosmic.

SHIORI EDA

Born in 1983 in Japan, Shiori Eda graduated from the Tokyo University of the Arts. A laureate of prestigious awards and enjoying great recognition in her home country, she has been represented in France by A2Z Art Gallery, which has dedicated several solo exhibitions to her since 2018. Her work has also been featured at international art fairs in Europe and Asia, including Art Paris and Shanghai West Bund Art & Design.

PARIS CULTURAL SPACE

ICICLE opened a cultural space in Paris in 2019, dedicated to creating opportunities for exchange and discovery. Guided by a belief in the importance of encounter, the cultural programme fosters dialogue and cross-fertilisation.
On the 3rd floor of the ICICLE store at 35 Avenue George V, the ICICLE Cultural Space hosts exhibitions devoted to art and design, and features a uniquely diverse bookshop. Its selection spans materials and images (architecture, painting, art, crafts), words and ideas (philosophy, poetry, literature, history, sinology), and practices and tastes (tea and Tao arts, martial arts and meditation techniques).
